iGUIDE is a Canadian-made system that combines immersive 3D virtual tours with laser-accurate floor plans and square footage reporting. It gives buyers the freedom to explore a listing from anywhere, while delivering the clarity and precision agents rely on to market confidently. Clean, professional, and seamlessly integrated — it’s the gold standard for remote viewing and measurement.

iGUIDE uses a specialized camera system (the Planix or Planix Pro) combined with a LiDAR-based laser scanner to capture both visual and spatial data simultaneously. While the camera takes high-resolution panoramic images, the built-in laser scanner measures distances at up to 20 times per second with sub-inch accuracy.

Every time the camera rotates, it collects 360° visual data while the laser calculates the dimensions between each wall, doorway, and feature in the space. These scans are stitched together to build a fully navigable 3D model — but more importantly, they generate a precise set of floor plans backed by ANSI-Z765 and Alberta RMS compliance.

Each iGUIDE report goes through a quality control process where real humans verify the data — meaning you get exact square footage, accurate room dimensions, and a final product that’s trusted by appraisers and insurance providers alike.
